1. Who we are

Flowridge Analytics, LLC is an Arizona limited liability company that produces white-label practice analyses for dental consulting firms. We sell only to consulting firms and other professional advisors. We do not sell to dental practices directly, and we do not market to patients.

2. What this website collects

This site has no cookies, no analytics package, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not build visitor profiles.

The only information you actively give us is what you type into the sample-report form:

• Your consulting firm's name
• Your work email address

We use those two fields for one purpose: to send you the sample analysis and to correspond with you about a possible partnership. We do not sell, rent, or share them with anyone for marketing purposes.

3. Third parties that necessarily see something

Running a website means a small number of vendors process data on our behalf. This is the complete list:

• Vercel — hosts this site. Vercel receives standard server request data, including your IP address, in the ordinary course of serving the page.
• Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry) — serves the typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests those font files directly, which discloses your IP address to Fontshare.
• Formspree — delivers the sample-report form submission to our inbox. It processes the firm name and email address you enter.
• Google Workspace — hosts our email and document storage, and therefore holds inquiry correspondence.

We use no other processors for website data. If that changes, this page changes with it.

4. Client practice data, including protected health information

Practice data is handled under a separate and stricter regime than website data. It never arrives through this website.

• A Business Associate Agreement is executed before any protected health information moves.
• Only Brian Nelson, DMD — the analyst on the engagement — accesses practice data. There are no subcontractors, no offshore team, and no third-party analytics platform holding a copy.
• Data is stored in a dedicated encrypted workspace on Google infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, for the duration of the analysis. Never on personal devices, never on removable media.
• Practice management exports are purged within 30 days of report delivery. Backup copies are included in that purge.
• The written analysis carries no patient identifiers. Findings are built on aggregated metrics, provider-level rollups, and code-level counts.
• We do not contact a partner firm's clients, and we do not hold their patients' names.

A full written data-handling policy accompanies every engagement, and our incident commitment is written notification to your firm within 24 hours of any suspected incident. Breach-notification obligations are honored in full and are never negotiated away.

5. How long we keep things

• Practice data and protected health information — purged within 30 days of report delivery, backups included.
• Inquiry correspondence — retained in our Google Workspace mail while a partnership conversation is active or reasonably foreseeable, and deleted on request.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to confirm what inquiry data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email partnerships@flowridgeanalytics.com and we will action the request. We extend this to anyone who asks, regardless of whether a particular state or national privacy statute happens to apply to a company of our size.

Because we send email only in direct reply to an inquiry, there is no marketing list to unsubscribe from. Ask us to stop writing and we will.

7. Security

Access to practice data is limited to a single named analyst under multi-factor authentication, with storage encrypted in transit and at rest. No security program eliminates risk entirely, and we do not claim otherwise — which is exactly why the retention window is short and the access list is one person.

8. Children

This site is a business-to-business site directed at professional advisory firms. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and, where a partnership or engagement is active, tell the affected firm directly rather than relying on you to notice a web page changed.
